Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us and we understand that sometimes the vibe isn't right. This is why we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on eligible items. 

HOW IT WORKS

  • You must lodge your return within 30 days from when you receive your items
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and free of stains or any odours with the original tags attached. 
  • Store credits will be issued once the items are received and approved for eligibility
  • The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser
  • Sale items are final and will not be eligible for return
  • Ocean Sundae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements

EXCHANGES

Want to swap sizes? If we have the size available in stock, we will be more than happy to swap as long as the garments have met our eligibility requirements. Please make sure you have secured your exchange size with us via email prior to returning your items.

REFUNDS

Refunds are for faulty items only. All other eligible returns will be either exchanged or issued for store credit.

Please include the item order number in your email. A member of our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days to guide you through the returns process. 

LOVE NOTE FROM US

Please be mindful that we are a small label creating beautiful pieces for your children in limited stock numbers at current. So when you are shopping with us please shop carefully when it comes to sizing, colours and styles. We will do our best to keep your returns process simple, smooth and stress free.
